Still waiting for payment

About a month ago I complained about how My mother died a last year August, I claimed in April 2019. I supp**** them with the necessary paper work and was promised that a payout will be made within 48 hours. Now it’s a month later I am yet to receive the payout just messages that it’s in the “process”! How long must this process take?I am so disappointed and disgusted because when my mother was contributing they gladly accepted her money but when they have return the money it has to be an unnecessarily long process of tug and war.
