Still waiting for Old Mutual to respond to my notification

I have a long standing life insurance policy with Old Mutual

I am moving abroad and communicated to them via their greenstone branch in Jhb that I am moving abroad. I have been advised that they ate still working on processing this but to date nobody has called me back. I was advised via fb messenger over a week ago that someone would call me back as a matter of urgency but this has not happened

Old mutual is a joke
