Still waiting for my money......

I terminated my employment last year on the 20th November 2015. I contacted call centre several times and was advised that my previous Employer submitted payroll exit & e-claim late. I was told that they are busy processing my claim which will take 4 to 6 weeks. I have been making several calls and last week Friday I was told that the case has been escalated. Its so inconvenient as I missed several thing during the process and I have to keep on phoning which doesn't help at all. Its very bad and unacceptable to promise clients and don't adhere to..
