still waiting for a feedback, after my husband had passed away it is now since december 2017 and still nothing

First they told me that I cant asked for information , because the client must self asked on his own email address, so I sent a email from his email, still nothing, so I sent another email from my email, with my executors letter , so they told me I must wait they will come back in 48 hours , it is now 3 days later and still nothing
