Still waiting for a claim to be paid
Submitted paperwork for a claim as I have retired.
Still waiting for the claim to be processed and if it is not done by the 13 June, I will be financially penalised.
Tried calling the call centre and i just get put on hold.
tried to submit a complaint on their web side and cannot
