Still waiting
I surrendered my education policy on the 2nd of April2016 and still haven't received the money. The main reason I surrendered the policy is I really needed the money not just for nice time. I lost my dad. I signed the documents and everything that was needed was submitted. I still haven't received the money. Old mutual is so quick to debit but taking its time to payout. 5 working days has passed.
