Still waiting

I was introduced to the old mutual rewards program by my friend and I immediately started with it. I worked really hard used both my data and time and introduced people to this rewards program and took surveys in total I accumulated 7000 points which is about R700 I was so excited and tried to use my points to buy airtime but I got a global error message to my dismay I waited a few days and I still got an error I called them explaining this and I was told to provide proof of residence and ID copy so that my account can be verified I gladly did that. I was told to wait for 5-7 days for the verification process and I waited, 7 days later I still got an error. I called them again after 10 days and I was told to wait now it's about 3 weeks later and still nothing. I would really like old mutual to help me become I used my data and time for this program Thank you
