Still no payout

On the 04th of January 2016 my sister submitted a claim. I then received a call regarding outstanding documents. On the 08th the required documents were submitted at Balfour Park Johannesburg branch. I used the same documents to claim from another insurance company which paid my claim on the 08th. Yesterday my sister went back to your branch to follow up. Still no payout on her claim. Old Mutual service is appouling.<br> <br> <br> <br>
