STILL!!! NO ASSISTANCE
It is so funny how it is always quick to call customers to join insurance but when we need your assistance it takes 5 calls and hours of holding before we can be assisted!!!!! I am STILL NOT ASSISTANT! YOUR AGENT EVEN REFUSED TO GIVE ME HIS NAME!!! I NEED THE ERROR FROM OLD MUTUAL ON MY TAX RETURN TO BE FIXED, THAT IS HONESTLY ALL I AM ASKING FOR BUT NOOOOOOO I HAVE TO WAIT LORD KNOWS HOW MANY HOURS BEFORE SOMEONE CAN ACTUALLY ASSIST ME MXM

I may have had about 7 calls of no assistance and holding for minutes but she really was very patient in resolving my query! Thank you so for attending to my query and finding a resolution to it.
