Still have not received my investment withdrawal funds

I made a withdrawal from an investment account on the 17th of March 2022. So the 15 days ended on the 7th of April and when I phoned they told me the funds were in pricing. Today on the 12th of April I still have not received the funds so what must I do now????????????? It's now on day 20 Old Mutual.

If I do not receive the funds this week I will move my investment to another financial institution.
