still deducting for cancelled policy

i took an investment with old mutual,,then i cancelled from firstweek of march because they stopped to deduct for the last two months ,,now this month they are starting again without my consent,,,why?cant they see from their system that the policy is no longer active?<br> <br> They want to chow my money out of no good reason because they charge for every cent you are claiming from them,,,why? i want my money back immediately,,, please!
