STILL AWAITING MY PF CLAIM PAYOUT!!!

I have been waiting for a payout of my provident fund.On Monday I received an SMS notifying me that SARS has returned tax directive, and payment is in progress.On Tuesday morning I called in to Old Mutual contact centre *** using my mobile phone,which is costly,to confirm as to when can I expect my payment.I was informed that they are still waiting for authorization and payment will be done in 3-5 working days, AND WAS ADVISED TO CALL BACK IF FUNDS ARE NOT IN BY FRIDAY,which is today.Testerday I called to check the progress of my claim, I was told that they are STILL WAITING FOR AUTHORISATION, so I should call back on Tuesday next week.I called again today and since I was told by a consultant to hold on as she is going to find out for me. I have lost over R50/ 12 MINUTES STILL HOLDING until my airtime got exhausted. Nobody botheres to call me back. I need the funds urgently for my sick child's medical reasons.My expectation was raised,but there is no delivery!!!<br> UNHAPPY CUSTOMER:(
