Still awaiting contract

I joined old mutual policy 3 months and they promised to send me a contract, even now im still awaiting. When I go to the branch they say they cant able to request contract from head office.They have debited my account for the past three monthsi realised that the reason why they dont care about their customer is because I wont get a cent if I decide to cancel.it clearly shows that Im gonna experience difficulties when claiming. Old mutual provides bad service at all.
