*****sters!!!

This company is the pits. They’re a bunch of *****ers. I took an investment policy last year end of November which I cancelled at one of their branches in Kolonnade Mall about 4 days later after reading reviews about the company. I got confirmation in the form of sms’s that the policy has been cancelled but they deducted my payslip in January still. I went to one of their branches in Soshanguve crossing to enquire and they told me that I did cancel the policy so they’re not sure why they deducted and they did a request for a refund which I am still waiting for even today. Today, I just got a welcom sms from Old Mutual for a funeral cover policy which they claim I took on the 1st of February. I have never taken such and my payslip this month will have an additional deduction that I know nothing about. I hate this company with everything I have and will never be their future client but they’re still using my details to open policies. Now I’ll have to wait a whole year for refunds. This company bores me to death. They deserve 0 ratings.
