Stay away from OM Gap Cover

I have submitted numerous requests for the OM Gap Cover (Insuremed) to settle my outstanding radiologist account. I sent in all the relevant documentation on 29 July 2019, I liaised with Emile Zandberg, his director supervisor (who assured me she would get back to me and didnt), Nolubabalo Tshaka. I sent them the claims form, doctors letters, radiologist scan - everything they asked me for, I sent it, and now I am being told I am going to be blacklisted. I am so stressed - this company should not be operating in GAP cover.
