Stay away from Old Mutual Investment
Avoid unnecessary stress, stay away from Old Mutual Investment... I sent several claim documents in 2017 and they only responded after 1 year and 9 months for one of the investment policies. Their response was like 'Thank you for the claim documents received, To enable us to proceed with the payment complete the following additional forms'...
When I asked why did they take so long to request for additional info, they remain silent...Perhaps, I should expect a response in 2 years time... Are they intentionally delaying payments to keep the fund in their investment?
