Stay away from Old mutual group schemes, it's all about them, they will rob u of your savings!

I have been with Old mutual scheme for about 15 years. I have retirement annuity with them. I called them following up on my statement, they don't want to send me a statement or atleast tell me how much I have saved. Instead they are referring me to whatsapp of which I don't have. I had contract with them before whatsapp was invented now they are referring me to it. I am thinking of withdrawing all the money that I have saved with them because I foresee problems already.
