Stay Away From Old mutual get your money out !!!!

My father was Diagnosed with cancer and not able to work Anymore , with this in mind he has only a few Moths left and due to the illness he is unable to work and was medically boarded. He had an Retirement With old Mutual after hours on the phone with Them they did not even have a claim form for Terminal illness on Retirement so they informed us to sent the other Insurance companies that already paid so they will pay accordingly. The Claim was submitted 23/03/2021 . After phoning in and complaining multiple times sending emails 08/04/2021, 30/04/2021, 04/05/2021, 07/06/2021, 08/06/2021, and 24/06/2021 and even Liberty Life trying to help sent them a mail 21/07/2021, with no luck after all the phone calls and complaints lodged just no replies they don't care !!!. then Finally after all the Cals and even Call agents putting me on hold for two hours or more yes i have proof and call recordings they mails us on the 20/09/2021 saying the only thing outstanding is a letter from my father saying he knows he will pay up his Retirement if they Transfer the money to Liberty for an income policy. so we have done exactly this. after another month nothing getting feedback from them or payout i complaint again and again and again and Finally spoke to a team leader as all the Rest of the advisors said its impossible. Greg Engelbrecht Promised me he will sort it out as he is a team leader (useless )and i got The Record of Transfer to sign and will only take 5 days. this i now today 2 and a half weeks later Greg ignores me Old mutual says no its still under review but can't be as there is an Record of Transfer, and Escalated now already for 4 times and I've Phoned in 16 times . i have even asked Greg and other team leaders for someone that can help , I've asked for an official complaints department email and they just ignore my mails and even Block my number for Contacting. This is untechnical and even against the FSCA Rules of reply.

All Old mutual Claims advisors just say Sorry they don't have access to other management they cant Help.

my Father has suffered an Financial Los because of this Stay away from old mutual as far as you can! this isn't even a Risk product its my fathers own money that he saved up with them and they cant even pay this out.
