STAY AWAY FROM OLD MUTUAL FINANCIAL PRODUCTS!!!!!!

My name is Thembakazi, daughter of Flip Seyoko who took out a retirement annuity plan that pays every month on the first, however this month no funds were paid into my dad's account, when I called the customer care this morning, I spoke to an agent called Adelle who couldn't wait to get off the phone and dropped the call on my ear.

I have power of attorney on my dads things with old mutual, we sent it thorugh and I had been able to get information on his behalf before because of it but for some reason today I couldn't be assisted and had the call dropped on my ear after waiting 20 minutes on the line to get someone to pick up. Please people stay away from any products from old mutual, they not only ****** but rude as well.
