Stay away from Old Mutual *Disgusted*

I had an investment policy with old mutual which matured on the 1st of July. Ever since this policy matured, old mutual has been debiting my account every month as if the policy still exists. Every month I have to call them and ask for my refund. I'm so sick and tired of this insurance company and deeply regret the day I chose to take my policies with them. They always tell me that they have requested the debit order to be stopped which is not true. To make matters worse, they combined the premium for the non-existent policy with my son's educational plan, therefore making it difficult for me to even reverse the debit order. I heard that it's possible to move one's policies to another insurance company and I'm seriously considering this. I will never ever in my life recommend old mutual to anyone and I don't see myself ever taking any policies with them in the future.
