Stay away from Old Mutual
If you think load shedding is bad , you have never withdrew your money from Old Mutual . You will be moved from pillar to post and consultants are rude they will hang up on you . You are even blocked to speak to their supervisor . I saved my notice for withdrawal still they don’t want to release my money .

17 Feb 2023, 11:08I spoke to about 4 consultants they all hang up on me or put me on hold for more than 30 min. Your Twitter consultant didn’t even know you can withdrew telephonically . I think your service level it’s rotten from the CEO.
