stay away from old mutual
I have a policy with Old mutual which didn't debit last month whereas I had enough funds in my bank account. This is not the 1st time this happens with them, my fear is them telling me they won't payout when service is due as we all know their stories. I have made payment arrangement for them to debit monthly and that is not happening, I need to call their contact center every month. I lost over R100 already on airtime yet I haven't spoken to anyone as their lines are always busy. Doing a business with them is a waist of time and money.

I've been waiting on your feedback. I wrote a review before the last day of the month thinking that you would make sure you deduct last month end, still no deduction made. I had enough money for OLD MUTUAL to deduct and still have. I've given you enough time if you cared enough you would have resolved this before month ends. what now? will you come back and tell me i'm in arears or my policy has lapsed? mn***m
