STAY AWAY FROM OLD MUTUAL
I called Old Mutual on the 5th of June to cancel my investment and to withdraw the money that I had been putting in the investment because I had started seeing horrible reviews about peoples experiences.
I spoke to at least 3 people telephonically, completed two different forms and sent multiple emails because they obviously don’t acknowledge receipt of emails and their service is honestly the most despicable.
Why did another debit order go off this morning when 2 different consultants confirmed that this investment is closed and you are currently processing my withdrawal. Why? GIVE ME BACK ALL OF MY MONEY BEFORE I DECIDE YOU INVEST MY DAY EDUCATING PEOPLE WHY NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU

28 Jun 2024, 10:44I called in this morning to speak to a manager and the worst consultant ever happened to be on that call. Manager Bazil Meyer refused to take the call but instead kept me on hold telling the consultant what to say instead of taking a client call as he should.
All the consultants say different things. I’m so glad I’m cancelling this product with them. Imagine being 65 and dealing with a bunch of *********** managers and consultants.
PLEASE DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! I’m currently going on various platforms to raise awareness.
