Stay away from Old Mutual !!!!!
What a frustration to work with Old Mutual. If you know anyone with a policy with them please advise them to move their policy because one they pass on, you will be struggling to get funds from Old Mutual and even better a service centre agent will give you the incorrect advice and let you wait for 6 months only to get different information. Only for them to tell you that you will be waiting another 6 to 12 months!
Another service centre agent said they will send me an email today, and as I am writing this review now I have still not received that email.
Such a disgrace, taking money from my mother for years and now we have to struggle with a claim.
