Stay away from any Old Mutual RAs, day light *******!

I have an RA with old mutual that is not making any money, instead there are exorbitant fees and other money that are being deducted and when I enquired about it, I don’t get a response from Old mutual in relation to the deductions. Last year I have requested them to remove the advisor fees they were charging as there was no justification for it, because I was not receiving any continuous financial advise but now when I checked my statement there are reduction costs on my RA which I don’t know what are they for. I have requested a quote on a section 14 transfer so I weigh my options they are telling me I need to obtain authority from a broker, is like they are holding my RA hostage.
