Stay away

By far the most frustrating part of my job is needing to request documentation or information from Old Mutual. It's as if they go out to NOT help you.

I've requested documents for a client's investments almost 3 weeks ago, and the request keeps getting sent between departments. I've called in as well to get assistance and all I get is "the team is busy with it".
