Staff misleads clients
I took a funeral policy with them, family package, I was told that there's no need to put on my husband's details because as long as I can prove he was my husband they will pay out if anything happens, to my surprise they not paying instead they asking for papers after papers and some are difficult for me to provide. Metter is still not resolved
