Staff dont even know how to open email attachments

<p>I was astounded today. I have been trying to get a deceased estate reolved with OLD MTUAL WEALTH. OM required some documents such as passport copies and bank statement copies for identification. When I pointed out that it was a very insecure way of sending highly sensitive documents, they told me "there is no problem, everyone else does it". When I did send the documents, the person who received it did not even know how to open a file attachment. I am still battling with them. the deceased estate is being handled by OM WEALTH - the case has been going for more than 10 years!!</p> <p> </p>
