I just wanted to say that the Old Mutual Newtown junction is the worst ever I went to surrender my retirement annuity and I was told my payout will take 15 working days and I was told that if I open the Old Mutual money account so that the payout must be faster, 15 + days later I am told the consultant that was helping me didn’t not surrender the policy I have to wait for another 15days I have been a customer for years and I pay my premiums on time but everytime I experience problems I don’t get the help I need. first one of the consultants used to buy themselves airtime with my rewards now this! It’s about time I went to the ombudsman. If you have any policies at Old Mutual you better take your money run ! Because they only care about their sales and not their customers!
