Someone keeps opening *****ulent policy using my parsal number at Old Mutual group schemes. On the 20th of August 2025 I started seeing a debit of R530 on my payslip. I tried contacting Old Mutual for them to close this *****ulent policy as I am not aware of it. I’ve sent them all the necessary documents to prove that I did not open a policy with them and unfortunately they only stopped deducting on December only but they have resumed with the deductions this month. The policy number ***B5. There seems to be a syndicate or a scheme of people who *******ly use people’s parsal numbers to open *****ulent policies on their names. Because I’m not the only one in my work place facing this. I’ve been pleading with Old Mutual to not only close the account but also open a case against this broker who is responsible for messing up our lives like this. Old Mutual has been ignoring my emails since last year
