Someone had opened which was claimed to be opened by me and they promised to refund me which I have been waiting for months and yet it's being deducted from my pocket till this day and they claim it's was canceled in 2022.

06 Jun 2023, 18:22I contacted your customer care services today and they where also unable to help me.even your branches are also useless as they don't have all the information or tools to help me and the response from the complains department has no contact number to directly speak to the person who processed the documents.i will be contacting my lawyers about this matter as of tomorrow.
