Some communication please
How can a person really be on hold for more than 20 minutes in this day and age.... wow. So before i even get to complain to them, they make sure that they cannot be reached. Seems like theres too much "OLD" and too little "Mutual" when it comes to this company.
Anyways... I keep receiving sms communications for someone else... MV MONGATANE this is not the first time i have had this issue and have informed them about this.
MMV MONGATANE please pay your policy. Your last debit order bounced
