Solid and tries to do the right thing

I have had dealings with Old Mutual for many years, in fact some where in the 17+ years region. Solid company, with many dedicated personelle. Like any growing and historically solid company they have at times become a bit too corporate, losing the personal touch. but this is sector wide. What i love about Old Mutual is that if you do your part, they will do theirs. However so much of the experience is dependent on the client facing/ client interaction people.
