so incompetant

I am fuming of anger , I had 3 loand with old mutual then iwas handed over to landau attorneys . in March I settled the accounts and was sent a paid up letter by simelela radu , how ever old mutual brach in khayelitsha advise tht they did received all funds bt they were not advise it is a settlement the reception at the branch sounded clueless and did not knw what to do I spoke to Nicole ,Mariam, phumela wasella tht was so rude frm the attorneys compuscan shows 1 acc 9 month in arrears , another one is 7 months in arrear simelela promised to escalate I mean acc were settled in march thy quick to hand over and collect but once all funds paid no one cares and this is a COMPLIENCE fail from old mutual side .. am disgusted by the services I received
