So disappointed with Old Mutual.

I am so sorry. I have invested money in Old Mutual. It was easy to make a deposit, but to withdraw money is proving almost impossible. On their app, they say the estimated turnaround time is "5-7 days". I app**** to withdraw my investment on 7 October. After 8 days, they sent me a form to complete. I completed the form and returned it immediately, asking them when I could expect my investment. After another whole week, they requested proof of my bank account. Again, I asked when it would be completed. It is now 23 October. According to the app, they are processing the claim. It is impossible to contact them via telephone since the phone keeps ringing for ages. I know they are busy with requests for two-pot payouts, but they do not have the staff or the concern even to answer an email.
