So disappointed with Old Mutual claims

Hello Peter, in 2022 I made a death claim at Old Mutual. I was asked a police declaration and it was signed at the police station since the death certificate did not state the cause of death and it was written under investigation. Further more Old Mutual asked for outopsy report, SAPS said they do not have an outopsy report and it will be available in 7years time. SAPS provided an affidavit for that but still Old Mutual has not paid out my funeral claim. We buried the deceased 2022 till to date February 2024 I have not received any communication or pay out from Old Mutual.
