SMEgo platform not usable

This is specifically aimed at the SMEgo platform. I’ve been unable to use this for a week and I’ve been constantly asking for this to be sorted. When I log in, it doesn’t move pass the loading page. I’ve even tried to upgrade my subscription and this too, is impossible. I need to send out statements because my clients are not paying me, yet I can’t even sent out or action anything.
