Slow unacceptable service

My wife put money in her tax free account and they said it would take 10-15 working days. That does not say much because I do not know when they are actually working. Those 15 "working days" have come and gone and I have received no reply to my email that I have sent. Very slowwwwww service. Every year it is the same. Thinking of moving the investment.
