Slow release of funds

Good day,i have a tax free savings with old mutual .I've been trying to withdraw R8000.00 since the 27th october via watsup.I received documents for completion and emailed yesterday.I called to follow up how far the process is and when can i expect my funds.the lady advised that she cannot determne a date .Problem is i need these please this is the reason im saving as emergencies arise without cause.

Please release my f funds and also note that i am continuing with the savings even after this withdrawl
