Slow reaponse

<p>I am not even a member of old mutual insurance but I think the service is disgusting as their TAT is slow and they dnt care at all. I took my car for a car wash at a petrol station in my area and was called 30 min later to say that the car wash attendant felt he can drive and drove my vehicle in to the wall. The owner of the car wash (who has insurance with Old Mutual) advised they will process it with the insurance.I have sent them evrything that theyneed to process my request. This all happened on the 10 june already and still im the one driving with a broken car and causing further damage on adailt basis. I dont feel this is fair for someone who just went for a car wash.</p>
