SLOW PAYMENT

Good day I recently went to an Old Mutual Branch in East London and I wanted to discontinue the policy and I was told that I should not be more than R 7000 and currently my Portfolio shows that I have R 6,074.80 of which it is clearly below the R 7000. I then received an SMS " DECLINE DESCRIPTION(S): DISCONTINUED CONTRIBUTIONS MAY NOT EXCEED R 7 000. I have been waiting and I have not received any form of communication since. I called and they said they will escalate my case and someone will get back to me and give me more information and no one has called or emailed informing me of what is happening.

I would like to know the status of this policy.
