1. I'd like to request for the removal of Advisor on my policy. My last communication from him was 2021. I'm paying monthly fees for the advisor I signed with and the current one I was handed over to. My investment in your Reg28 retirement has only yielded 7k in 6yrs. (8% annually)

2. I've opened another a year after yours and chose my own funds without Adviser and returned 12% annually in the past 5yrs. Your advisors have proved me right. They are just middle men who have nothing to do with managing the investment and they choose what's safe not what's best. I despise the concept of a fixed deposit and right now your RA feels like a 8% fixed deposit!

3: I've requested a funds switch within old mutual products and it's taking 2 weeks when this normally takes 5 days. I've called twice today and not assistance 17min calls from pillar to post and I'm told to speak to an advisor. Then I look for his details and saw we haven't communicated since 2021.
