Slow and painful processes for Retirement Annuity processing

I am writing this review to express my annoyance at how slow and inefficient Old Mutual have been in sorting out the processing of my late fathers Retirement Annuity (which I as the sole heir was only notified months after word was put out by the lawyers that he had passed). The company that I am liaising with that he initially had the Retirement Annuity with are not getting swift replies and there always seems to be some new thing that needs to be submitted. This is very poor, especially given my father was deployed as a consultant at Old Mutual at the time of his passing.
