Six days and still no MONEY?

<p>Good morning</p> <p>I would like to complain about the service I received from Old Mutual Kwaggafontein branch. I went there to cancel a policy Ad well as to withdraw from another policy.</p> <p><br />It's been six days now and have not received anything.</p> <p>I eventually enquired and found out they did not process my request.</p> <p>I find this really hurtful and unprofessional</p>
