Since when is a parent extended family?
We recently lost our mother, after lodging a claim with Old Mutual last Friday I was dismissed by a very rude consultant. Went back to the branch on Monday and we got chased out the branch. Today we have been told the claim has been declined since our mother is not considered as an immediate family but an extended family member. I am utterly disgusted.
