SICK AND TIRED
IM NOT HAPPY WITH GROUP SCHEME CLAIMS DEPARMENT . I LOADED A DEATH CLAIM 3 WEEKS AGO TO DATE NO PAYMENT . ALL I GET SUBMIT DOCUMENTS WHEN I SUBMIT NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT ALL I GET IS SUBMIT DOCUMENT I HAVE BEEN PAYING THIS POLICY WITH NO FAIL WHY DO I NEED TO BEG FOR MY CLAIM TO BE PROCESSED
