sick and tired

my goodness where do I even begin, I have had policie with you guys for years and my debit order always collected on the 26 of every month, last year November it collected on the 25th and obviously the debit order bounced because there was no money, I have 6 policies and 2 are collecting as per normal and only these 4 tht were grouped together the payment bounced, the debit order details are correct but it still bounces off because you are collecting on the 25th...why?...I have now occurred bank charged for debit order reversal and you guys are going to refund me that money.....I am sick of this yerrr.
