Should I have been the one to chase down my Dad's policy? Will consultants be more available to do their jobs by communicating to requests? Please do away with the big black hole that telephone calls go into and NEVER get answered!!!

I would like to thank the Old Mutual for stepping up to the plate after my previous report. 23 minutes after I sent my post, they contacted me. A day later the small policy which I had been chasing was paid into my mom's account and by last Thursday the second policy was paid out. If one person in particular can be named it's a gentleman by the name of Grant who was prepared to put his cell phone number in his signature title. Grant answered my whatsapps, got the ball rolling on his end and what was rightly owed to my Mom was paid out to her on my Dad's death. What a shame one has to chase down monies that should have come to my Mom without any issues!
