Short pocket savings pay out

Good day old mutual must improve their systems. On the 27/07/19 I went to update my personal info as I had a problem with my ID then I did a notice on my 2 short term savings pocket. My R40 airtime is now gone I have been holding for too long. It's now the 31July 2019 waiting for the money to reflect in my account. I'm not sure whether they are being confused by the update of my ID number. And its not even a lump sump to pay out. Nooooo I think I'm gonna cancel my policies. Why don't they update their app so we can do things on our own. My ref is CEB***. I want to enquire about the status of my application, this is so unprofessional & they will never even trace and call u bay
