Shockingly poor service

Shocking, shocking service. Absolutely NO customer service or client care. The so called "financial advisors" that so kindly assist you taking out policies are absolutely NOWHERE when you immigrate and want to cancel. If any Old Mutual client or those considering them knew what was good for them they would take their money elsewhere because believe you me, Old Mutual is nowhere. My so called "financial advisor" refuses to cancel my policies and when I get rude and demand service he tells me to take it up with head office. I wanted to mention his name here but will rather give it to the ombudsman. He is just refusing to cancel my policy.
